A unique location between the dunes and the sea
Villa De Duyn is situated in a dream location, right in the middle of the dunes by the sea. The property is partly built on top of a dune, allowing you to enjoy a magnificent, sweeping view of the dune landscape. The grounds blend seamlessly into the surrounding countryside, creating an unparalleled sense of freedom. Thanks to its sheltered position, you can enjoy the sun and the sea air in complete tranquillity on the two terraces (one of which faces due south).
Space, comfort and design
The villa has been furnished with great attention to detail and can accommodate groups of up to 10 people.

Ground floor: A bright living room with a cosy fireplace, a spacious corner sofa and comfortable armchairs. The modern kitchen-diner with a cooking island is fully equipped. The adjoining dining room features a large dining table seating 10 people, with direct access to the large balcony and terrace.

Sleeping comfort: The villa has five spacious bedrooms. All rooms are fitted with high-quality box-spring beds (including extra-long beds measuring 210 cm) to ensure a perfect night’s sleep.

Climate: For optimum comfort, the property is fitted with underfloor heating and an energy-efficient heat pump that provides pleasant cooling in the summer.
Wellness in the basement
In the basement, you’ll find your own private spa. Relax completely in the Finnish sauna or the infrared sauna. The wellness area also features a seating area with a TV and a beautiful freestanding bath where you can drift off into a world of your own.
